Learn with me.

The more I learn about digital media, the more I realize I don't know.

I'm interested in so many different areas of the work needed to create really great digital experiences. As I learn more, I'll share it here with you.

Site updates are on their way

I have a pretty decent backlog of things I want to add to this site. What you're seeing now is the result of a Lean, MVP approach. I got the most crucial pieces, the ones the site needs to function, up first. Now I have a lot of enhancements to work in. Is there anything you really want to see? Let me know on Twitter at @liwiebe.

This'll be my third time teaching Wordpress for Beginners and I'm planning to make it even more fun and easy for everyone this time.

We were planning this for May 24 but had to reschedule. I'll let you know once we have a new date.

Mentoring at CSS for Beginners (Ladies Learning Code)

April 25, 2015

Unfortunately, a cold kept me away from this event. Sorry to anyone who was excited to see me there! I've mentored this class once before and really enjoyed it. It covers a ton of ground and even total beginners end up able to make something really nice. Next time...

Ladies Learning Python—and I am one of them!

March 21, 2015

This event was a blast. It was really cool to meet all the mentors and the instructor, as always. I also got to meet a lot of GIS specialists. It turns out that geographic data really makes my head spin. And, in the end, I think I like Ruby better.
